Licensed Therapist Fees

  • Initial Evaluation - $200

  • Outpatient Counseling - $150

Pre-licensed Therapist Fees

  • Outpatient Counseling - $80

*Work completed outside sessions will be billed in increments of 15 mins (i.e. task/phone calls).

*Forms have a flat fee of $25 per form. See FAQ for more information.

*We are not currently contracted with Medicaid.

Cancelation Policy

We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to illness, emergencies or obligations for work or family.

If an appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a fee of $100; your insurance will not cover this.

 

How to schedule an appointment:

  1. Schedule an intake appointment by clicking on the request an appointment button below.

  2. Within the next business day - you will receive an email with your intake documents. .

  3. Complete intake paperwork within 24 hours of receiving the documents. The paperwork should take about 10-15 minutes. Only appointments with completed intake paperwork will be approved. If not completed within 24 hours, you will receive an email prompting you to complete the intake paperwork, and our care coordinator will assist with scheduling.

  4. Meet with your new therapist at your scheduled appointment time! We look forward to working with you.
