 Connected Family Services is a private practice serving residents of Pennsylvania. We are currently expanding to accept new clinicians for an outpatient position. We work to provide quality mental health services to children, adults, and families. We believe that healthy relationships are at the center of wellness. Our practice seeks dedicated, compassionate, licensed, and pre-licensed clinicians to join our team. As an outpatient clinician, you can work with diverse clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Our collaborative and supportive work environment allows clinicians to create schedules and caseloads that fits into their lifestyle. This position allows for both individual counseling and family therapy, depending on the client's needs.

At Connected Family Services, we prioritize evidence-based treatments staying up-to-date on the latest research in mental health. We encourage our clinicians to pursue continuing education and provide professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Provide individual counseling and family therapy sessions

  • Collaborate with other clinicians and professionals involved in the client's care

  • Maintain accurate and organized client records

  • Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in the field of mental health

Requirements:

  • Master Level Degree in Counseling/Social Work or a related field.

  • 2+ years working in an outpatient clinical setting

  • Ability to manage caseload and work collaboratively with a team.
